Wallery images is available to you free of charge under the following terms. You are granted to access, display, view, store, reproduce and use the images only for personal use.

It's not allowed:

• Sale or distribution of images as digital content or as digital wallpapers (such as on stock media websites).
• Sale or distribution of images e.g. as a posters, digital prints or physical products.
• Representation of identifiable persons in an offensive, pornographic, obscene, immoral, defamatory.
• Any suggestion that there is an endorsement of products and services by depicted persons, brands and organisations, unless permission was granted.

Items in the images, such as identifiable people, logos, brands etc. may be subject to additional copyrights, property rights, privacy rights, trademarks etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the license of these rights.

Wallery does not represent or warrant that such consents or licenses have been obtained, and expressly disclaims any liability in this respect.

Images uploads

By uploading images to the website or mobile applications ("Mobile Apps") of Wallery, you grant Wallery a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.

You also permit any user to access, display, view, store, reproduce and use these images for personal use.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. It guarantees that:

• You own all property rights to the images you upload and those images do not infringe the copyrights, proprietary rights, trademarks, or other applicable rights of third parties.
• Has obtained a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free model and / or property authorization, and / or any other necessary permission regarding the use of this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.

You agree that while we do our best to prevent this from happening, Wallery is not responsible for the acts or omissions of its users, including the misuse or abuse of any content you upload.

We also reserve the right not to post or remove any content, at any time and for any reason, even if we believe it to be faulty, of poor quality, or in violation of these terms.
