The content and information of this website and the mobile application (including, but not limited to, the price and availability of wallpaper services), as well as the software and infrastructure used to offer such content and information, are the property of Wallery or its related entities, suppliers and service providers.
Wallery is authorized to modify this Contract at any time and without prior notice, and such modification will take effect at the time of its publication by Wallery. You agree to be bound by the changes that occur in this Contract by making use of the Services once the modification has been published. Therefore, it is important that you periodically review this contract to ensure you are informed about possible changes.
Service’s description
Wallery offers its users tools and resources for search and download wallpapers, which include online collaboration tools and existing or future search services, including, but not limited to, the software incorporated in said tools and services.
You expressly understand and agree that the Service is provided in the place and in the conditions in which it is located, and that Wallery does not assume any responsibility for problems in the delivery of the service, change of prices, failures in the search, storage of user information, communications with the user or customized configuration.
Wallery is a courtesy service for your personal, non-commercial use.
It is forbidden to access using automated processes, even if it is for personal use.
Images License
Wallery images is available to you free of charge under the following terms. You are granted to access, display, view, store, reproduce and use these images only for personal use.
It’s not allowed:
- Sale or distribution of these images as digital content or as digital wallpapers (such as on stock media websites).
- Sale or distribution of these images e.g. as a posters, digital prints or physical products.
- Representation of identifiable persons in an offensive, pornographic, obscene, immoral, defamatory.
- Any suggestion that there is an endorsement of products and services by depicted persons, brands and organisations, unless permission was granted.
Items in the images, such as identifiable people, logos, brands etc. may be subject to additional copyrights, property rights, privacy rights, trademarks etc. and may require the consent of a third party or the license of these rights.
Wallery does not represent or warrant that such consents or licenses have been obtained, and expressly disclaims any liability in this respect.
If you believe that any of the users infringe copyright, you can tell us at Contact Wallery or through the button report from the application.
Images uploads
By uploading images to the website or mobile applications (“Mobile Apps”) of Wallery, you grant Wallery a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.

Modification of the Service
Wallery reserves the right at any time and as many times as it deems appropriate, modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice. You assume that Wallery will not have to answer to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the Service.
Cancellation
You understand and assume that Wallery may, at its sole discretion and without notice, cancel your access to the Service immediately. – Upload, publish, send by email or otherwise make available unsolicited or unauthorized material of an advertising, promotional, “junk mail”, “spam” or any other form of commercial instigation.
– Upload, publish, send by email or otherwise make available material that contains computer viruses or any other type of computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

You agree not to copy, reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the Wallery software, distribute or create derivative works based on the services offered by Wallery, in whole or in part. In addition, any software that is made available from this website or app, including, without limitation, all HTML code, code of the application, are owned by Wallery or it operates under license. You confirm that you are financially responsible for all the use you make of this website or app (as well as the use that may be made by other people, including, but not limited to, minors living with you).
